Grinding wheel, Nuova Cosmatex / Monteleone Group

Device made with w.w. 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, with double tubes made of ground steel Ø 98mm with special anti-flexion grinding support, calibrated endless screw shaft with ball re-circulation to reduce the friction.
Equipped with main motor for rotation of grinding wheels and another motor for translation movement, with automatic motion inversion, device for parallelism setting, brackets for doffer and swift grinding and for other rollers which are grinded on the bench. The device is equipped with couple of grinding stones for the top grinding of the card-clothing, couple wheel holder complete with 8 discs for card-clothing side grinding, set of brushes for the polishing of the card clothing after the grinding process.
Electrical panel with inverter to adjust the translation speed movement.
