Electronic headstock of the ring spinning frame - single or double side, Nuova Cosmatex / Monteleone Group

The replacement of the electro-mechanical headstock with this new-generation one allows to change all of the parameters and the settings of the machine through a PLC and related software, so that no gears need to be changed.
Composed of:

Steel structure with sound-proof panels;
AC spindle motor, rotation and false-twist translation motor driven by inverter;
brushless motors to control the inlet pressure rollers, intermediate and final;
brushless motors to control the movement of the ring rail that gives the shape to the spindle. This motor has a brake because, in case of electrical shut down, the ring rail has to stay in its original position and it must not break the yarn;
fans and cooling fans with electronic thermostat for electronic headstock and electrical panel;
new electrical/electronic panel, equipped with touch-screen operator panel 10.4”, where it is possible to set very easily all of the working parameters;
the electronic headstock is equipped with integrated managing system for remote connection by internet to get updating and assistance.
